El Dorado County Jails

El Dorado County Jails offer the opportunity for inmates to continue to meet their educational goals while they are incarcerated. This program was developed to meet the needs of inmates who have the desire to learn, while in custody. Operated by Charter Adult Education and the El Dorado County Office of Education, the program is staffed by a full-time Adult Education teacher.
